His experience includes leadership roles with top engineering, procurement, and construction firms, culminating in co-founding an independent service company where he has delivered innovative solutions and successfully managed complex projects across the clean energy sector. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Wind Power Solutions, where he spearheads the company’s commercial expansion and drives vertical growth initiatives to advance sustainable energy solutions.

Throughout his career, he has contributed to high-impact projects and built strong, results-focused teams at leading companies including Newsco International, Atlas Drilling Services, Integrity Directional, Ryan Energy, and Civitas Resources. Known for his ability to streamline operations and deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget, he is now the Chief Operations Officer and co-founder for Wind Power Solutions, where he is applying his expertise to advance innovative renewable energy projects and support the transition to a cleaner energy future.

He holds a BA from Northwestern University, a JD from Notre Dame, and an MBA from Columbia. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Raymond is active in maritime and community organizations and enjoys water sports, music, martial arts, and studying history and philosophy.

He currently serves as Executive Advisor of Strategic Operations for Wind Power Solutions, where he helps drive innovation in blade recycling and sustainable decommissioning practices. Nicholas played a key role in launching one of the first wind turbine blade recycling businesses in the U.S. and has since advised multiple companies on advancing their recycling capabilities. His work reflects a strong commitment to circular economy principles and operational excellence. He is also the co-founder and board member of a renewables-focused nonprofit, where he continues to advocate for responsible growth and collaboration across the industry.
